HTC has announced that its new smartphone series would be lead by the HYC U 11 codenamed Ocean. The glossy hot red finish of the HTC flagship device was compared to be quite similar to the latest iPhone 7 RED. It was also thought that U 11 grandest feature is its interagation of the Edge Sense technology. The sense 9 allows users to navigate the device through squeezing or swiping smartphone.
Moreover, HTC U 11 will come with a 5.5inch Quad HD display and the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. It will be also equipped with 4GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage which is expanded up to 2 TB through memory card. The smartphone is expected to run the latest Android 7.1 Nougat and have a 3.000 mAh battery.
One other notice feature is its camera, which is said to be a dynamic 12-megapixel rear camera and a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The fingerprint is also thought to replace at the home button. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack instead of an USB Type-C port.
The new HTC flagship is launching in HTC’s upcoming event on May 16 but we still do not know exactly how much does it cost.
